hunglikethor -> Unable to receive messages/routing issues post 2007 SP1 (13.Dec.2007 1:26:51 PM)
|
I just recently installed Exchange 2007 SP1. Post install, one of my Juniper Firewalls has been having an issue sending diagnostic/event log reports to my Exchange Server. Initiall I receive an e-mail entitled "Delivery Delayed: NetScreen Event Alarms Reported From ...." in the subject line. In the message: Delivery is delayed to these recipients or distribution lists: xxxxxx@domainname.com Subject: NetScreen Event Alarms Reported From dazedandconfused This message has not yet been delivered. Microsoft Exchange will continue to try delivering the message on your behalf. I also receive "Undeliverable: NetScreen Traffic Logs Reported From..." subject line messages with " Delivery has failed to these recipients or distribution lists: secadmin@netsecdesign.com Microsoft Exchange has been trying to deliver this message without success and has stopped trying. Please try sending this message again, or provide the following diagnostic text to your system administrator. Diagnostic information for administrators: Generating server: mail.mmicman.com secadmin@netsecdesign.com #< #4.4.7 SMTP; 451 4.7.3 The admin has temporarily disallowed this secure domain> #SMTP# Original message headers: Return-Path: <yyyyy@netsecdesign.com> Received: from dazedandconfused ([192.168.7.216]) by mail.mmicman.com (8.13.8/8.13.8) with SMTP id lB744asT003243 for <xxxx@netsecdesign.com>; Thu, 6 Dec 2007 20:04:46 -0800 Date: Thu, 6 Dec 2007 20:04:36 -0800 Message-ID: <200712070404.lB744asT003243@mail.mmicman.com>" Note: yyyy@netsecdesign.com is a dummy e-mail address but the user does exist in the domain. However yyyy@netsecdesign.com does not have a mailbox on Exchange 2007 SP1; xxxxx@netsecdesign.com is set-up to receive e-mail from this device. Exchange 2007 SP1 is a single exchange server in a Windows 2003 R2 SP2 native AD domain. This domain is listed in "Accepted Domains" in Hub Transport and e-mails from this device were being received pre-SP1. Googled "451 4.7.3 The admin has temporarily disallowed this secure domain" but found nothing relevant. If anyone has a clue, much appreciated. Thanks in advance!! Edward Ray
