Hi,
Is there a way to set up one of the public folders to allocate the emails from an external email address. Bascially when we receive emails from that particular client, I would like exchange to move it on that folder. Is it something that's possible to do from exchange or do i really have to use Rules Wizard from Outlook?

Thanks,

If you mail enable a Public Folder and make it visible to the Address book, then you can use the Exchange General, Delivery Options and enable Forward to option and specify the Public folder to forward mail to that address otherwise you will have to use Outlook rules.
