By default Exchange 2007 supresses messages with same message ID. If a message gets caught by our anti-virus software and put in quarantine, the recipient still receives the message without the attachement. If the message is later freed from quarantine and delivered to the user, the message ID is the same as the first stripped message. Exchange filters the second message because it has the same ID as the first one (DUPLICATEDELIVER).

How can we turn off this duplicate message ID filter feature?
