!HELP! NTbackup fails to bkup stores, out of space on log drive! email is down! :(

hello everyone.
drama going on right now. we have failed to keep an eye on the logs drive and all 267gigs has been filled to the brim, i guess backup exec 11d has not been doing its job.
in the meanwhile i am using ntbkup.earlier today at 5pm'ish I started ntbkup,
i choose my backend server where our 3 stores are located, selected a differet drive location to save the bkf file just to find out that it failed with the following info:

our stores total about 190 gigs, I see that it backed up 103 gigs, is this compressed? either way, the log files did not purge and i am assuming becaose of the failure to complete. I decided to reboot the server to see if 'maybe' the logs would clear up but no luck.i tried running ntbkup to only be greeted with the following error:
