Hi Friends,

I have Exchange 2007, I got the following error, for an specific user:

Mapi session "/o=mobycapital/ou=First Administrative Group/cn=Recipients/cn=user" exceeded the maximum of 32 objects of type "session".


I tried

but there is nothing for objects of type "session".

Can any body help me please?

You need to create dword value : Maximum Allowed Sessions Per User and modify the value.

Try to find the source; somtimes it's third party apps that has a defunct thread that went out of whack, could be network related etc.

You can use tcpview to kill their mapi session as well if it's just a one time deal that doesn't happen too often. If it's systemic then you will need to investigate root cause.
