This is my current situation: Our company has a support department that is tended to by a small team of support agents. I have setup a Public folder with an auto-responder and attached the agents distribution list to the public folder. The problem is that since all agents receive the email, each agent assumes some other agent will addres the email which means some email might go unattended for an unacceptable period. As such, we have decided to only have 2 agents receive the email at any one time, and rotate the agents into the mailing list. My question, is it possible to automate addition / deletion a distribution list in Exchange so that we only have to modify a list (prefferably in an Excel spreadsheet)? I'm thinking it is possible but have no idea where to start! I'm looking for some code snippet that manipulates a mailing list and I can go from there! Kind regards, ak.
