I am having a problem with POP3.  When I click Test Account Setting i get a green check mark next to everything but "Log onto incoming mail server (POP3)"  so it finds the mail server and it sends the test email but I can log in.  I have tried for my username: <username>, <domain>\<username> & <username>@<domain>.com.  Not sure what else the problme could be...  Please help!!!

hi mate,

Few Tips:

R u able to telnet port 110 and port 25,
Is there any firewalll causing the problem
FQDN should be same for pop3 and smtp (i know you did it[:)] )
My outgoing : set the the authentication to be the same as for incoming.
Check whether you have SSL connection
