I have created a public folder and have mail enabled (E2k3 native).  I have granted my admin and non admin accounts client permissions role as Owner.  I have also set the administrative rights for public folder for my admin and non admin account, I have allowed all permissions.

I have configured my Outlook client (2003) to prompt for user name\password to authenticate when Outlook is opened.  I have authenticated using both admin and non admin account.  I can browse and view public folder from my client.

The issue I have is when I send a message to mail enabled public folder.  The folder is visible in the GAL.  A message is sent to folder but I receive the following error, any ideas please?

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.
Subject: Test 2

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:
Mailgroup Test on 05/02/2008 14:34
The message reached the recipient's e-mail system, but delivery was refused. Attempt to resend the message. If it still fails, contact your system administrator.

Thanks muchly...

Hi,

Patience is required. Its a AD thing, not an Exchange issue. I find it usually takes 30-45 minutes. How long are you seeing it take?
