to confirm message routing by a user

When a user is sending a mail toa user group i want to redirect this mail to a third user. If this mail is acceptable, this third user confirm this mail so it proceed on it's way.
Is there a way i can do this?

what you have just described is what products such as sophos puremessage and their admin section marks messages as "undetermined" and you as the admin review and release the emails

in other words your looking at this wrong or the worng approach.

if its for archiving purposes then you should look at products such as Waterford Technologies Mail Archiving Solution.

if you mess with smtp addresses, . aliases and routing you'll most likely end up worse off , i seriously reccomend you dont try to do it.
