We have a single IP address at our office, but we are now running two (2) different domains and two (2) different exchange servers

We have set up the original email server as a relay for the newly added domain/excahnge server, this is working fine

The problem is POP access ...

Is there a way to pass POP authenication for users of the newly added domain to the newly added exchange server?

I believe when users from the newly added domain are trying to connect to their mailbox now using POP, our original server is saying "nope, you dont have an account here"

Any ideas? Thanks in advance ....

Exchange doesn't care what the email domain is. All it is worried about is the user account authentication.

I suspect that you are trying to authenticate as user @ domain.com. While that looks like an email address it isn't. It is a UPN. All of your users will have user name of user @ domain.com where domain.com is the name of your WINDOWS domain. Has nothing to do with the email address.

If you want the users to authenticate using the email address then you need to add additional UPNs, which is an Active Directory setting, not Exchange.

Simon.
