We changed our domain today for all the servers to use private IPs.  The Exchange server can send e-mail to the outside world however it cannot recieve e-mail from the outside world.  Right now our DNS records with our ISP are set up as follows.

Host(A) SSMX  12.18.185.26
MX       @          ssmx.domainname.com

Our internal DNS is set up as follows

Host(A)  SSMX  internal IP
MX        @         ssmx.domainname.com

We have a NAT rule in place on the firewall that translates everything from 12.18.185.26 to the private IP of the exchange server.  We cannot telnet to 12.18.185.26 from the outside world either. What are we doing wrong?  Is there a firewall misconfiguration?
