I will send e-mail to external contact with use distribution groups.

Delivery has failed to these recipients or distribution lists:
 
communications@ottopharm.com
The recipient's e-mail address was not found in the recipient's e-mail system. Microsoft Exchange will not try to redeliver this message for you. Please check the e-mail address and try resending this message, or provide the following diagnostic text to your system administrator.

Please help me to resolve this issue.

" wasn't in very clear English. Can you try to ask this again?

If you are sending to the DG and it contains users and contacts and the NDR comes back from the contact at the remote domain is just means that the user doesn't exist at the remote location.
