we are migrating one of linux based (using webmail ) mailbox accounst to exchnage 2003 / on widnows 20003 OS
am new biew and i have users which we can import but somehow those users also have their own address books , which are provided to us in csv format
what is principally correct way to imports these address books for respective exchange accounts
can this be done whiel craeting mailboxes ?
e.g csv fle we have is as follows

This is a way you could do it, it may not be the most efficient way of doing it, but it should work.
Split out the data into seperate CSV files for each user.
Create pst files for each user - make sure you name them
exchangealias.pst
Add them to an Outlook profile.
Use Outlook's Import feature to import a user's CSV into the contact folder of the pst.
Repeat for all the CSV's.
Once complete, use Exmerge to import all the pst's into the users' mailboxes.
A
similar alternative is create an Outlook profile for each user and import the csv directly into the mailbox.
