Hello all and Happy Friday!
First off, let me explain that when it comes to being an Exchange Administrator, that I really should be banned from using that phrase as I'm such a newbie.
Now, I'm in the midst of doing a migration from Exch5.5 to Exch2K3
The company hired me on due to a bit of a background with Active Directory.
I have the AD all setup and working fine (Win2K3 in Win2K native mode).  Right now, I'm the only one that is really logging in through the AD and the rest of the company is still logging in via the NT4 Domain (ya ya ya I know).  The company has ONE Exch5.5 Server.
Now, I've been through all of the prep tools and have run the ADC tools, all has replicated fine with no issues other than the 5.5 database really pushing the limits in size now.  I'm ready to install the first Exch2K3 Server.  What I was hoping someone could do, really is explain the difference between the "Join or Upgrade" when it comes to the "Existing Exchange 5.5 Organization"

Nevermind...I'm an ID10T
One day, I'll learn how to read.
However, I will ask this.  Our 5.5 database is already quite large, will the installation of a first 2K3 server push the size of the 5.5 database up a lot?
