What do you wanna reach with your server ? If you want to create mailboxes on your server for internal and external mail receiving. You should check if you can change your external dns and add and MX record that points to you mail server.

If you want to get mail from your pop3 mailboxes and deliver it to your local mailboxes. You have to look for a 3rd party sollution if you don't have SBS 2003. If you have SBS 2003 you can configure the pop3 connecter to get the mail for you and put it in the right boxes.

Best regards,
