Prevent Users from deleting mail in an additional mailbox.

Hi

I want to prevent those users who have been given permissions to access and Send As, Send on behalf to a Customer Services mailbox from deleting the Sent Items for the CS mailbox.

Is there a quick and easy way of doing this.
Exch 2007 server, users use Outlook 2003 or 2007 clients.

Assigning permissions to that mailbox in Outlook should do it. You'll have to do things at the individual folder level but Outlook is your tool, not Exchange.

Thanks Mark, so basically I have to do it the hard way :), I also have Mac Users with a mixture of Entourage 2004 and 2008 who have another set or mix set of permissions for this mailbox.

At least you confirmed what I suspected, no easy way to do it.

If you gave the target users "fullaccess" then they have exactly that.
Maybe a reduced authority level is your ticket?
