All,

I'm trying to install Ex2007 in CCR on Win2008EE. Keeps getting the Error 1002 in the Application log regarding failing to bring the cluster resource Network Name online due to the group or resource is not in the correct state (Exception: 0x8007139F). In the System log, Event ID: 1194 is logged indicating access is denied when creating the associated computer object in the domain. What other computer account does it need because the "failover cluster virtual network name account" has already been created in the Computers OU in AD?

I've followed MS's article http://support.microsoft.com/kb/947345/en-us to no avail.

Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

I was able to resolve this particular error but got stuck at another one. The Exchange Information Store Instance could not come online due to

Event ID: 1201 -
Error -2147221233 reading/decrypting the Type attribute on the Server object in the Active Directory.

Event ID: 9564 -
Error 0x8004010f starting the Microsoft Exchange Information Store.
Failed to init VSERVER.

Anyone resolve this one? Thanks.

yes me.. I have that headache...help a brother out. :)

did you disable (uncheck Kerberos Authentication)...that what MS has recommended and to manually add the server in the Computer OU...
