hi
I have installed exchange 2007 successfully and it works correctlly .
now I have some clients  that they need to access their E-mail from nokia mobile device . I know that I could do it using Acivesync but ....
could any one please help me how to do it . and do I need third party software or hardware ?.

Just download "Mail for Exchange" from the Nokia web site, and install it on the Nokia phones. Make sure the the users are enabled for ActiveSync policies on the E2K7 server and there you go.

but what should I do about ISA server ?

You haven't mentioned ISA server in your original question. Do you have one already? Or do you think that you need one?
If it is the latter - then that is not the case. You should have an SSL certificate already for your Exchange 2007 deployment to secure OWA, Outlook Anywhere etc, so you can use the same certificate for Exchange ActiveSync.
