suddenly earlier this week we cannot send to one of our main clients. It loked at first like a reverse DNS issue so I we set that up so it looks like it is working ok

but when we send to them we get the following back immediately.

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

Subject:
testing

Sent:
6/12/2008 10:40 AM
The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

wateredge@wildroseinternet.ca on 6/12/2008 10:40 AM
The e-mail address could not be found. Perhaps the recipient moved to a different e-mail organization, or there was a mistake in the address. Check the address and try again.
<EXCHMAIL.ATARCH.COM #5.1.8 smtp;553 5.1.8 <wateredge@wildroseinternet.ca>... Domain of sender address Administrator@ATA.Ads does not exist>

Any help would be appreciated. I honestly have just inherited this client and am not real strong in DNS issues at all.

It appears they have a filtering system. Try sending the same message again. The first time a sending address appears, it is rejected because it doesn't know it or trust it. The second time it comes from a system with a valid reverse-DNS system, it should be accepted.
