meetoo -> No 443 to internal server (12.Jun.2008 2:55:34 PM)

We do not allow external access into the network, so opening port 443 in the firewall to the internal Exch2007 server will not work.

Mobile device users currently have access to the current Ex2000 server via a Notifylink server that sits in the DMZ.  We want to eliminate Notifylink and go with Exchange 2007.

How can I get access from mobile phones to the Ex2007 mail server?

Very novice when it comes to certificates, etc.

Thanks for any suggestions.

well, ISA comes to mind.

what is the problem with letting 443 into the CAS?

I would have to say that ISA is going to be the ONLY solution here, so that you can restrict the use of the web service. If you don't use ISA then you will have to disable OWA for all users on their accounts.

Simon.
