We need to move the Ex2007 Database to a new drive what are the steps??  Also I want to put the trans logs on a different drive what are the steps for that.

Go into the Exchange management console and highlight the relevant object (storage group or store). The context menu in the right hand pane will change and you will see the option to move the files there.
It's all wizard based, just follow it.
