Good Day, I have a unique situation where a single user on a single workstation using a mapi client (Outlook 2003) cannot access public folders (Exchange 2003). We have logged the user into another workstation and configured outlook the same and access is working. Outlook on the first workstation is not configured for cached mode. I am at a loss as to where to look for the source of this issue. TIA
