Hi,
I am not able to access OWA from internet (outside the organisation's LAN).
OWA is working properly within the LAN.

the network setup is:
1 Edge server, 2 Hub servers(with CAS)  in load balancing mode, 2 Mailbox servers in SCC.

i have used the default connectors only and have configured edge sync with hub servers.Users are able to log on internally,but cannot access the external OWA link from outside.Can anyone help me out!

How can i use OWA from outside the LAN?

OWA has nothing to with Edge.
Have you opened the relevant port on the firewall from the internet to the Exchange server? 443 (https) is required - preferably on its own, but you can also open port 80 if you don't care about security. Those need to be pointed to the CAS, not the Edge.
