First of all, let me disclose that I am a new to exchange as my company has been using hosted email.  Ok...I just ordered a new power edge server equiped with two 73 GB mirrored drives that I plan on using for the OS and log files and four 146 GB drives on raid 5 for the Databases. I currently have 60 users and expect to grow 50% in the next couple of years. What do you guys think about this solution?

Thanks

Do a pair of mirrors with the larger disks. Put the logs on the 73GB pair for going on with and hold one of the two pairs of 146GB in reserve. You've only got 60 users and even with 90 or 120 you will be fine with the 146GB of storage. When you grow or want to give the users lots more storage you can bring the other pair of 146GB disks on line, make a 2nd store and then spread the users about.
