Hi Guys

I have enabled exch 2003 public folder replicas to exch 2007 pubilc folder servers, now I need to know what the next steps are to remove the public folder servers in exch 2003? Do I just remove the 2003 replicas? What is the actual process, do you have to re-home the public folders to 2007 , if so how? So the folders have replicated as far as I can see, when I go to the exch 2007 pubilc folders I can see the folders as replicas. Now I  removed the exch2003 replicas, dismount the stores and as soon as I do this, I cannot access the pubilc folders anymore and I cannot download the OAB. I also moved the OAB to a Exch 2007 server according to ms technet How to Move the Offline Address Book Generation Process to Another Server. so now I am lost and not sure what process to complete the public folder and OAB from 2003 to 2007, please help anyone.
Thanks
Jasonbvh

Use get-publicfolderstatistics to compare the item counts on the public folders to ensure that they have replicated all content. Do not remove any replicas until you have removed all mailboxes from the Exchange 2003 server. Once you have moved all of the mailboxes then simply remove the Exchange 2003 server from the list of replicas and wait. Exchange will remove the content.

Also remember to replicate and remove the system public folders.

Simon.
