Mayer -> DNS error while installing Exchange 2007 (27.Jun.2008 11:34:40 PM)

I am installing 2007 exchange standard on 2003 server Enterprise and I am having few problems. While its testing its giving me this error. I have new domain that I just setup and everything seems fine. I can ping the GC/DC no problems so I am not sure why the error says cantnot contact domain controller...
please help
