bstan2 -> OWA 2007 + ISA 2006 Logoff Issue (28.Jun.2008 9:23:07 PM)

Hello,
From outside of our network, I cannot logoff in OWA 2007. Inside the network, it works fine. In isa2006, there is a line in the publishing rule that says:
Published server Logoff URL and it is set to: ?Cmd=logoff
When I login to webmail, the URL is: https://mail.domain.com/OWA
When I logoff, the URL changes to: https://mail.domain.com/auth/logoff.aspx?Cmd=logoff
If I manually add OWA before /auth/, I will get the logoff page. (https://mail.domain.com/OWA/auth/logoff.aspx?Cmd=logoff
In changing that setting in ISA, it does not seem to matter. What else should I be looking for?
My mail server is Windows server2003R2 SP2, with Exchange 2007SP1
