Hi,
 
All of a sudden, our Exchange Server started responding to messages sent to recipient (message rejects in Outlook) saying 'Your message wasn't delivered because of security policies', but its not clear why?
 
Any suggestions?

Open the ADUC and the properties of the user object in question.  On the Exchange General tab, click on Delivery Restrictions.  Are there any Message restrictions?
