Exchange 2k3 Enterprise. As of 9pm this past Sunday, my journaling account seemingly froze up, i.e. there are no emails in the account since that point. The dimensions are: size: 19,781,847 KB... yes, ~20GB items: 582,744 This is Enterprise, so no limits are set. Event logs don't appear to indicate anything insightful... ... any ideas? Everything else in the Exchange environment works fine.

Does Message Tracking still show the messages attempting to be delivered to the journal mailbox? Have you checked the queues?

Thanks for the quick reply, Yes, as a matter of fact, I have 123 emails stacked in my Local Delivery que, all from the past two days. Any notion of how I can rectify this?

Right-click on the queue and select Force Connection. Kezzran

So what does Message Tracking say?
