How can I referencing mail send through my exchange mail... I mean when I send an e-mail and before go to recipient; exchange must add reference on subject like

From: Me
To: someone

Subject: subject (Ref: #######)

i didnt fine option in exchange

i hope you to help me in this setuation
i used exchange 2003 and outlook 2007

I don't understand what you are asking.  Do you want an automatically generated subject line with a unique reference number?  That is a feature neither Exchange nor Outlook has.

i meant when i send e-mail from my account on exchange autamaticly generated ref. and adding to subject

That is not a feature of Exchange or Outlook.

We had heard of adding disclaimers using SMTP sinks but none to add subject line since this is something that every email would be pre-configured, its as if you would ask Exchange to add some one's email address already in to TO line.

If some one has any solution to this, please post here i would love to try it out in labs.
