I have created a test environment for Exchange 2007 prior to deploying it in my production environment. I have tried to emulate as much as I can a true representation of my current productions environment.
My configuration is as follows;
Windows 2003 SP2 Domain Controller
Windows 2008 x64 Exchange 07 Mailbox Server
Windows 2008 x64 Exchange 07 CAS
Windows 2008 x64 Exchange 07 Hub
OWA is fully functional and mail routing is working between users in my test environment. However I found out that if I reset a users password and check the box for "Change Password at Next Login" that user is no longer able to login. I had this problem with OWA 2003 and tried implementing the IISADMPWD, I am unable to register the dll file using the regsrv32.exe C:\%system%\system32\inetsrv\iisadmpwd\iispwchg,dll which I think is my problem.
Is there no other way to allow a user to change their password once it is expired via OWA/IIS?
