Is there anyway to setup exchange to pull  email  from  the mail server  Dovecot.  The company I just started working at is using Dovecot currently with IMAP as there current email server.  They have been waiting for someone to setup exchange for the last year.  They want to keep dovecot on the front end since they have had no problems with it.  They then want to setup exchange in the background to recieve email from the Dovecot IMAP server and send it to exchange or have exchange pull it from there. They want to primarly use exchange 2007 for user to pull there email from, share calanders, etc...   Does anyone know if this is possible and if it is how would it be done.  Any thoughts would be great and thanks in advance.

Dont think thats possible dude as such with Exchange 2007. In exchange 2003, there was POP3 connector that does this from the POP3 server.
