doctortt -> None of your e-mail accounts could send to this recipient (8.Jul.2008 5:48:08 PM)

One of my users is experiencing a weirddddd issue. Whenever he tries to send an email to this particular recipient, he gets a bounceback that says "
None of your e-mail accounts could send to this recipient."  I did a message tracking on Exchange, and the email never hit the Exchange box.  When I send a test email to this recipient, it goes out fine. I don't think the problem is related to Exchange nor the recipient end but on the user's workstation. He's using Outlook 2007 with cache mode and X1. His 2nd PC is on Outlook 2003 with cache mode and X1.  I disabled cache mode on the Outlook2003 computer and tried to resend the email again, but same result. I told him whether it was possible to recreate the mail profile because I wanted to make sure the OST file was out of the picture, but he said he couldn't due to the X1 index. If he recreates a mail profile, the X1 application will have to reindex his mailbox.  Now, I have asked him to test it on Citrix's Outlook as it doesn't have any X1 or cache mode on by default and see how it goes. Has anyone seen this error?
