So you managed to install Exchange twice and either the Schema or domain changes didn't manage to take hold? Bizarre. Once, perhaps, not twice.

Hi Mark,

I was about to post the same thing on here :) I found this site after a bit of searching: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb201664.aspx

It gives the same advice as you did
