steve_australia -> Providing Exchange POP Accounts - Advice pls (31.Aug.2008 11:17:42 PM)

Hi All, We would like to provide POP mailboxes for a number of different businesses. We have Server 2003 standard edition, and Exchange 2003 Enterprise edition Would the best way of achieving this be to follow this "rough" plan: 1) turn windows 2003 server into a domain controller (create new domain) - dcpromo
- forestprep
- domainprep
2) install exchange 2003 enterprise, plus SP1 and SP2 3) configure user accounts / mailboxes We would also like to implement some kind of cluster in the future, which will provide redundancy should one of the servers fail. Is there anything wrong with this "general" plan? Thank you
