Hello Guys and Gals,

I'm Chris, and finally the time has come for me to stop browsing this site as a guest and post a problem I am having.

This one really is sending be round the bend, then back to square one again.

I will give you some info on my setup first off.

Server 2003 SP2 - onall servers

Internal DNS with external resoved by ISP through ISA

DNS on DC
OWA on exchange 2003, SSL
Isa server 2006 - Edge setup
SSL - webmail.rutlish.merton.sch.uk

Steps peformed on publishing owa:

1. Setup OWA - default settings, certificate imported, all works perfect internally using https://rut-exch00/exchange. All users can login and send , recieve mail.

2. Published OWA using owa rule in isa 2006
I exported the certificate from exchange with key using article on here and imported succesfully into isa. then used the certificate during the creation of the rule.  the rule applies to 192.168.32.4 and then if not resolvable webmail.rutlish.merton.sch.uk ( This is being resolved correctly using local hosts file, can access internal owa using https://webmail.rutlish.merton.sch.uk/exchange from ISa computer). Authentication is set to basic, same on exchange.
Created Listener for https://webmail.rutlish.merton.sch.uk/exchange and that works externally, I can see the login page.  I think everything Else is pretty default, but I did setup step by step from the article on here.

SO After all that my problem is, When I try and login externally through Isa, I get nothing and it times out.

Oh and to bring to your attention I get this error message when I click the Test Rule button of the rule.
Testing URL https://webmail.rutlish.merton.sch.uk:443/Exchange/
Category: Published server certificate error
Error details: 0x80090308 - The token supplied to the function is invalid
Action: Go to http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=115965

This applies to all 3 folders.

Any help or suggestions would be great, I have now spent 3 great LONG nights on this and I am very much running out of options.

Thanks in advance.

Chris

I got all excited when i got an e-mail. There is no update on this thread, i am about to resort to sticking my FE in a DMZ and not using the dumb stupid ISA server. It's just an arse and MS themselves can't work it out.
