I installed Exchange 2007 back in December, and have got it working. However, the ActiveSync is just baffling me. I was able to set up an account on the phone, and it said it verified successfully.

However, no mail comes through (via manual or push methods.) We are a nonprofit and generally can't afford things like SSL certificates. I have a Windows domain set up that is the issuer of certificates. The certificate is currently set up and working.with OWA and the root cert is installed on all the workstations.

I emailed the root certificate to my phone (although I could have copied it over on a cradle) and installed it. This part seems to be OK. I can access OWA on the phone using the certificate, but the automatic/manual mail doesn't work.

Does anyone have any ideas what this could be?

Ignore the above - it turns out I had my local DNS out of order. It wasn't the certificate, it's working just fine now.
