Dear All .

I need your help in this scenario and why I keep recieve this error when

sending from outlook , it's work from TELNET .

we have test enivorement contain 2 MB( Clustered ) , I HUB , 1 CAS , 1

DC , No Edge installed yet .

The LIVE E-mail server is LOTUS NOTES DOMINO .

when I send from one domain to the other I recieve the error above .

HOW IT COMES SEND EMAILS FOR EACH OTHER USING TELNET ??

any help , thanks in advance all .

I would examine your DNS.
Can the two servers see each other by name? By IP?
The exchange resolver is going to us DNS.
Notes will also.

Typically, when you use the manual telnet test, you use IP.

The issue could be stale cache in outlook, are you trying to send mail by typing the email address manually or accepting the suggestions given by the outlook from it's cache?

Try typing the email address manually and if this happens for all the users, try to send mail using another user mailbox from outlook.
