I have also checked

delivContLength   This is the incoming message size limit that corresponds to the MaxReceiveSize parameter in the Set-TransportConfig cmdlet.

submissionContLength   This is the receiving message size limit that corresponds to the MaxSendSize parameter in the Set-TransportConfig cmdlet.

All are correct
Is there anything else I can check.
Cheers

Thanks
Had a look at them yesterday, no luck as yet.
The system was originally 2003 and was migrated, I check all the settings in ADSI edit that related to any legacy 2003 before we remove the final 2003 exch box.

Any other is ideas feel free.
Thanks
