MX records cannot conflict with another domain because they are simply host names. If you already have an MX record in place that points in a different direction then it will have to be removed and replaced with the one that you want to use, but for 48 hours or so, while propagation takes place you could have email going to either of the MX record hosts.

thank you for good tips and I've done that just now, because I have not updated the MX record for both domains, so I can only test internally, one user with one email address (either domain1.com or domain2.com) is perfect fine. they can send / receive each other fine.
Now next step is that I am going to test one user with 2 email address. I'll let you how I go with that.
