Hi Localrich,

Do you have any Exch2003 front end OWA servers in the enviroment?

Anyway to fix the blank OWA page you will need to delete and recreate the OWA virtual directories. To do this please follow this instructions.

Step 1: Delete and then re-create the Outlook Web Access-related virtual directories
To delete the Outlook Web Access-related virtual directories, follow these steps:
Start the Exchange Management Shell.
Type the following commands. Press ENTER after you type each command.
Note These commands are case-sensitive.
Remove-OwaVirtualDirectory "exchange (default web site)"
Remove-OwaVirtualDirectory "public (default web site)"
Remove-OwaVirtualDirectory "exchweb (default web site)"
Remove-OwaVirtualDirectory "owa (default web site)"
run iisreset
Step.2 To re-create the Outlook Web Access-related virtual directories, type the following commands at the Exchange Management Shell. Press ENTER after you type each command:
New-OwaVirtualDirectory "exchange" -OwaVersion Exchange2003or2000 -VirtualDirectoryType Mailboxes -WebSiteName "Default Web Site"
New-OwaVirtualDirectory "public" -OwaVersion Exchange2003or2000 -VirtualDirectoryType PublicFolders -WebSiteName "Default Web Site"
New-OwaVirtualDirectory "exchweb" -OwaVersion Exchange2003or2000 -VirtualDirectoryType Exchweb -WebSiteName "Default Web Site"
New-OwaVirtualDirectory -name "owa" -OwaVersion Exchange2007 -WebSiteName "Default Web Site"
run iisreset

Let me know if this helps.

I got this too. The only change I can see is that it only seems to have happened since the last lot of MS patches.

I've tried the above suggestions too, but nothing works.

I ran ExBPA and discovered that my Ex2007 server has somehow reverted to using the old routing group settings from when it was transitioned from an Ex2003 server. It's referencing the old server name not the Ex2007 server name.

I'm really not sure how to resolve this. Everything else is still working OK except OWA, so I'm reluctant to do a full restore. I still suspect MS updates have somehow played a part in this ...

Anyone got any ideas?

I was able to correct this issue today.  We applied Roll-Up 5 which caused this issue.  The fix was to ensure that the servers were members of the Exchange Domain Servers group.  I found a few of our servers missing from this group.  Once I added this OWA worked fine.  Also note you need to reapply any custom images to your logon screens due to this roll-up.
