Kindly please I need your advice in the following design; not implemented yet but I need to start the implementation. I can change this design to any suggested design.

Get a consultant.

The reason your question is being ignored is because what you are asking for is two or three days work for a consultant. Something that you are not going to get for free from a forum.

You will need to look around your location, Google searches etc for a consultant. Then speak to them and make the decision in much the same way as you would when purchasing any other service. As for how much, that question is impossible to answer. It is very much what the local rate is.
