Hi All,

I have an issue regarding email...We have 1/2 the users of a domain on our Exchange server and another 1/2 at another ISP (POP).

When users send an email from exchange to users on POP, exchange replies user not found.

Is there a way around this on exchange?

I guess Exchange is set as authoritative for your domain, in which case, exchange will check it's AD for the user and if not found will generate a NDR. Change it to non-authoritative and create a SMTP connector from Exchange to POP so that exchange will check it's records and if not found it will check for alrternate route(SMTP connector to POP)and send the mail through the connector.
