hello
i am in a migration project from ex2k3 to ex2k7 and i've already finished installing 2 server runing hub-cas in WNLB mode and the RGC between the ex2k3 server and the 1st hub server has been created succefully
then i installed a 2 node in with mailbox role in SCC cluster mode and they r failing over and working very fine
the problem is when i created a new usermailbox on the ex2k7 and trying to test the mail flow, all the emails between the ex2k3 and the ex2k7 send and recieve works perfectly also the ex2k7 new mailbox can recieve mails from the internet
but the problem is he cannot send any emails to the internet?
peer in mind that i doubled checked on the RGC between the ex2k7 and the ex2k3 and also i've supressed minor link state
but still mail doesnt go from the ek7 mailbox to the internet or outside the organaization?

any ideas???
waiting for replies ASAP
thank you

You may need to create some Send Connectors to Smart Hosts or DNS (see Organisation Configuration, Hub Transport, Send Connector tab).

thanx for ur reply pjhutch  but i dont think in a coexistence situation i have to create any send connector cause the ex2k7 will be depending on the 2k3's SMTP connector, am i right?? this is what i know
and between me and u i followed ur instructions and i've created and SMTP send connector in the 2k7 and gave it a priority less than the 2k3 smtp connector but still not able to send to the internet i can only recieve from the internet??
so any other suggestions?????
waiting for replies
thank you
