Dear All, We are using Exchange server 2007 Standard edition for internal and external email purpose. recently I am facing an issue that when we send mail internally from outlook, it shows in the sent items folder as sent but not received by the exchange and not delivered to the receipient. Also this mail shows in outbox if we login through OWA. So where I missed this email. Anybody help

Looks like some problem with the Mailbox server role. In 2007, when a outlook client sends mail, the mails are received by the mailbox server, which in turn notifies the HUB server using the mail submission service and HUB in turn pulls the mail and processes it. Check the mailsubmission service to see if it is runing, check the application logs, if you see nothing much, go for diagnostic logging, to collect some more data. Also check if the HUB server is functioning properly and that no mails are queued in remote delivery queues.

Do you by any chance have another profile (eg: POP3 or a 3rd party email account) configured in Outlook with your exchange profile?
