Hi all im here for an urgent solution. My company is using exchange 2003. Now thw management asked me to implement a centralised contacts and calendar. If one user put something in his/her calendar it should be automatically updated in the central contacs and calendar. How i can solve this. Pls help

Yes, this is not possible to have it configured the way you want but still you can think of Shared Public folder to which all the users can have access and update the details.

Completely agree with what Ashish said.
Here is more info on this.
Create a Public folder Contacts.
How to do that?
Login to any one client machine and then Open OL. Right click the root of the PF Heirarchy and select new folder.
Type the desired name you want and in the drop down meny Select Contacts.
This will create a Folder which can be posted with  contacts and can be managed centrally.
But make sure you play with Permissions.
Similarly you can create Calendar, however this calendar will not work the way it works for Users.

Again there is a work aroung for this as well.

Again such folders can be created only from Outlook and not from exchange Server.
