User from other domain complaints that they are unable to send us email, we aare running exchange 2003 wit no complains, other party has exchange 2007 and they are able to send emails to everyone else except us.

Delivery has failed to theserecipients or distribution lists:

XXX@CCCC.com
An error trying to deliver this msg......
The folllowing organization rejected your message: fw.CCCC.com

Diagnostic informstion fro administrators:

Hi,

Did you have a 3rd party anti-spam solution or did you configure a blacklist provider ?
It looks like the domain is block by blacklisting or something this will generate a 550 error.
