my OWA doesnt load. When i look at my front end server i get an event ID 1000 ,source: EXPRO that says" Micrososft exchange server has detected that NTLM-based authentication is presently being used between the front end server and the backend server. NTLM is still a secure authentication mechanism and protects users credentilas.  However this indicates that there may be a coniguration preventing the use of kerberos authentication."

Does anyone have an idea on how i can fix this. ve checked IIS on both servers and restarted both after veryfying the settings but the problem still persists. any ideas pls?

Can you confirm that only basic authentication is enabled on the Exchange virtual directory on both servers?
