Hello all,

An IT department can tell which devices are synchronising with Exchange Server.

If a user wants to ditch the standard issue (and frustrating to use) K-Jam and use something more aesthetically pleasing, such as an iphone, it works for a while and then IT spots the unauthorised device and prevents any further synchronisation.

Is there any way to configure an iphone to present itself during activesynch as something else, or simply to remain anonymous?

Kind Regards,
D
