I believe it's around 16GB. How long would isinteg run for a store of that size?

Depends on a number of factors but i'd average it to 5 to 10GB an hour.

ok, I'll run it tonight after hours.
I went ahead and created a new mailbox for the user and imported all his mail. The messages in the local delivery queue did not come through but he is now able to receive emails from the 2 people he previously could not. The old mailbox obviously is corrupt.
